There is <br />also a road that leads back to the pit, the one you and Mr. Mount tried to <br />walk and it was to muddy, then there is the mad that you and Mr. Mount <br />walked on to get to the over look down into the pit and the side mad that is <br />on the north side of the buildingl These marls are all in the effected area <br />You can see why we say that most of our mining area is involved in these <br />roads, the throe ponds, the creek. These all existed pre law or per permit. <br />I have spent most of this winter trying to get this issue resolved and I am at <br />my wits end! I do not even know if Jim will be able to spend the summer on <br />the property. I feel that his problem has been bmaght on by this termoil <br />and the mess concerning the Emma Load property. Jim and I both are 68 <br />years old and don't feel we should be straggleing with this problem. We <br />have done nothing but improve our property since the day we purchased it. <br />I would like to make a request to yon, to meet me sometime the first of June <br />to measure the roads, I will have a 100 foot tape and we can measuror these <br />roads correctly for the actual acreage involved. <br />Deanna Vau Ella <br />
