Both the identities and legal description referenced in the deed are consistent with the permit. Also, find a signed date stamped verification of not cation to the Weld County Commissioners. For reference, my version of the Division Rules and R~ulations paR 4.16, as follows, do not reference the need for the above stated notfcation. My rewllection is that this rule was included in previous version of the Division's Rules and may be an error the Division may desire to verify and correct.
