Brighton Road is located within 200 feet of the boundary for <br />the proposed mining expansion area. <br />Based on the use of adequate setbacks and because nd blasting operations wilt be . <br />performed, it-is not anticipated that the proposed project will adversely impact any <br />permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land. <br />'fhe CMLRB'regulations require a notarized agreement between.Albert Frei & Sons, Inc. <br />and persons leaving interest in permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected land, and that Albert Frel & Sons, Inc. is to provide compensation for any <br />damage to the strutdures. to an effort to comply with the state regulations, Albert Frei & <br />Sons, Inc. requests that the enclosed Damage lrabitity Agreement be signed on behalf <br />of Adams County and notarized. If the Board of County Commissioners for Adams . <br />County need to authorize the execution of the enclosed agreement, please include a <br />copy of the Soard's formal authorization. As soon as the agreement is signed on. behalf . <br />of Adams County, notarized Arid returned, Greystone will have the agreement executed <br />on behalf of Albert Frel 8.
