The permittce <br />and operator is Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County. The <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety needs evidence that you received <br />this notice. Therofore, please sign aad date the box below. There is no new expansion area <br />for this Amendment, therefore, a revision to the County Spceial Use Permit is not needed. <br />The Amendment is to mine deeper on tho same property.
