The Well Construction and Test Report for permit number 252214 that was in the <br />application is owned by the applicant. The well is not within the proposed permit <br />boundary or within 200 feet of the operation. This well will not be used for any <br />purpose associated with this mining operation. The applicant wishes to maintain <br />the stated purposes as the well permit allows. <br />The applicant has read and understands the comments from the Siate of Colorado <br />Engineer's office dated 2/21/07.
