Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />While reviewing Carter Lake Enterprises' application for the conversion of the Masonville Division . <br />110c pemut to a 112c permit (Permit No. M-1985-099), the Division found a November 4, 20021etter <br />from you, addressed to Erica Crosby, requesting that 23.7 acres be released from your Arkins Park <br />Quarries Permit M-1985-212, after the acreage is incorporated into the new 112c Masonville Division <br />Conversion Permit. Because this letter was included in a different permit action and under a different <br />permit number it was not processed or entered into our system. <br />In order for us to begin the release process for this 23.7 acres you must submit this request under a <br />separate cover and by certified mail, as described by Rule 4.16 of the Division's Rules and <br />Regulations.
