Currently there are three Reclamation Permits issued by the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DBMS) for these five mines; a 112 permit that covers affected lands from the <br />Sunday, St. Jude and Carnation, a 112 Permit that covers affected lands from the West Sunday, and a 110 <br />Permit for affected lands from the Topaz Mine (currently being converted to a 112 Permit).
