Currently there are five Reclamation Permits issued by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DBMS) for these five mines; a 112 permit that covers affected lands from the Sunday Mine (Permit M-1977-285), a 112 Permit that covers affected lands from the West Sunday (M-1981-021), a 110 permit that covers affected lands from the Carnation Mine (M-1977-416), a 110 permit that covers affected lands from the St. Jude (M-1978-039-HI2), and a 110 Permit for affected lands from the Topaz Mine (M-1980- 055) (currently being converted to a 112 Permit). The Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has requested that the Seed Mixture in the table below be used for reclamation activities at the Sunday Mine Complex.
