Currently there are five Reclamation Permits issued by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety (DBMS) for these five mines; a 112 permit that covers affected lands from the Sunday Mine <br />(Permit M-1977-285), a 112 Permit that covers affected lands from the West Sunday (M-1981-021), a 110 <br />permit that covers affected lands from the Carnation Mine (M-1977-416), a 110 permit that covers affected <br />lands from the St. Jude (M-1978-039-HI2), and a 110 Permit for affected lands from the Topaz Mine (M-1980- <br />055) (currently being converted to a 112 Permit).
