from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamatim Board (the "Board") to conduct the extraction ofconstrction materials operations
~ Otero County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location aad nature
of the proposed operation. The entire applilicatioa is ~ Sle with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division's and the
local county clerk or recorder. -
The applicanUoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to unlined ponds and wildlife habitat use Pursuant to
Section 34-32.5-116(4xm), C.RS., the Board may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of
the post-mining land use. Aocoridingly, the Board would appreciate your commeornts on the proposed operation. Please note that,
in order to preserve your right to a hearing before dre Board oa this application, you mast submit written comments on the
application within twenty (20) days of the date of last publication of notice pursuant to Section 34-32.5-112(10), C.R S.
