The division has determined that a 3:1 slope is <br />considered stable for reclamation and mining activity and such activity should not adversely <br />impact adjacent properties. <br />No mining activity was or is proposed within 200 feet of man made structures upon Williams <br />Scoggins property now owned by Steve and Jennifer Erikson, therefore, that property is no <br />longer included.. <br />The following Indemnification Agreements are attached: <br />Owners of Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 feet of affected area. <br />1.} Indemnification Agreement with Mesa County. <br />2.) Indemnification Agreement with American Tower, L.P. <br />3.) Indemnification Agreement with Snow Cap Coal Company, Inc. <br />4.) Indemnification Agreement with Ute Water Conservancy District. <br />5.) Indemnification Agreement with Public Service Company of <br />Colorado. <br />
