-~
CAMEO GRAVEL
EXHIBIT S
The mine plan proposes the removal of all sand and gravel materials on the perimeter of the
affected area at a maximum of 3:1 slope. The division has determined that a 3:1 slope is
considered stable for reclamation and mining activity and such activity should not adversely
impact adjacent properties.
No mining activity was or is proposed within 200 feet of man made structures upon Williams
Scoggins property now owned by Steve and Jennifer Erikson, therefore, that property is no
longer included..
The following Indemnification Agreements are attached:
Owners of Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 feet of affected area.
1.} Indemnification Agreement with Mesa County.
2.) Indemnification Agreement with American Tower, L.P.
3.) Indemnification Agreement with Snow Cap Coal Company, Inc.
4.) Indemnification Agreement with Ute Water Conservancy District.
5.) Indemnification Agreement with Public Service Company of
Colorado.
