"EXHIBIT A" <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-6- (A <br />PERMITTEE: <br />Name: Richard E. Curry, d.b.a. Grand Gravel <br />Address: PO Box 236 <br />Kremmling, CO 80459 <br />Phone: 970/724-3228 <br />2. USES PERMITTED: <br />A. One (1) rock crushing plant <br />B. Two (2) screening plants with a capacity not to exceed two hundred fifty (250) <br />tons per hour average. <br />C. Four (4) loaders <br />D. Portable scale and scale house <br />E. Asphalt plant with a capacity of two hundred (200) tons per hour average with <br />dust control <br />F. Concrete batch plant supplying own water source <br />G. Miscellaneous equipment to be used on occasion, such as dozers, scrapers, haul <br />trucks, skid loaders, trackhoes, water trucks and motor graders. <br />3. LOCATION OF PERMITTED USE: <br />Five (5) miles east of Kremmling on U.S. Highway 40 and 0.5 miles north of U.S. <br />Highway 40 on Grand County Road 2, more particular being a tract of land containing <br />19.37 acres on a portion of the SE '/, SE '/< of SE '/+ of Section 1 and the NE '/ NE '/< of <br />Section 12, T1N, R80W OF THE 6TH P.M., Grand County, Colorado. <br />4. (A) BEGINNING DATE OF PERMIT: June 14, 2005 <br />(B) ENDING DATE OF PERMIT: June 14, 2010 <br />5. CONDITIONS OF THE PERMIT: <br />A. Truck Traffic: Truck traffic to and from the site is directly from County Road No. 2 <br />B. The Permitted has obtained a State 111 permit, and expects receipt of a 112 Permit <br />from the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. Copies of both permits are to be <br />provided to the Department of Planning and Zoning. All conditions of the 1 I 1 and 112 <br />permit are to be conditions of the Grand County Special Use Permit <br />C. Storage of Junk and Abandoned Property. Neither Permittee nor its licensees shall <br />be allowed, under any circumstances, to use the permit area for purposes of storing junk <br />materials, such as abandoned cars or trucks or other equipment which is not capable of <br />operation or any other equipment or materials which are not used in the operation <br />contemplated by this Permit within a period of six (6) months. Permittee is specifically <br />prohibited from using the permit area as a storage yard forjunked equipment or <br />materials, but in no way is it intended that this prohibition shall interfere with Permittee's <br />stockpiling of materials which have been extracted from the permit site. Materials which <br />have not been extracted from the site may not be stockpiled on the permit area unless <br />they are used for the purposes of reclamation within a period of six (6) months after being <br />
