Watson; 840 CR. #4, Phone # 970-878-5898, has filed an application for a <br />Regulaz 112 Construction Material Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is know as the Amick <br />Pit, and is located at or neaz Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 93 West, 6a' Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is March 9`h, 2006 and the propose date of <br />completion is 2041. The proposed future use of the land is general agriculture. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, 303- <br />866-3576, or at the Rio Blanco County Clerk and Recorder's office; SSSMain Street, <br />Meeker, CO 81641 or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the division of Minerals and <br />Geology by 4:00 p.m. on February 23, 2006. This is not a new gravel operation. The <br />purpose of this application is to convert the 110 to a 112. <br />Please note that under the provisions ofCR.S34-32.5-10! etsea. Comments related [o noises, truck traffic, <br />hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are <br />issues not subject to this Vice's jurisdiction.
