<br />headgates and laterals ofthe MillerCreek Ditch as the same have been histm'ically used and maintained over
<br />and across the NEI/4NW I/4, Lot 3, Section 6, Township I South, Range 93 West of the 6'" P.M.
<br />Together with all minerals and mineral rights in, on, under and that may be produced from the property.
