EXHIBIT H- Wildlife Information.
There has been little or no change in the wildlife in this area since the
original permit was issued. There are large areas of similar agricultural land
on three sides of the current and proposed operation. The manner in which
the mining and reclamation plan moves, allows the wild life to move from
one area to the other in the mining operation. The owner/operator has been
in touch with the local DOW and they do not recommend a change in
evaluation at this time unless it is requested by the state.
EXHIBIT I -Soils Information.
There has been no change since the original application. This information is
on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology and with the operator
/owner.
EXHIBIT J -Vegetation Information.
There has been no change since the original application. This information is
on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology and with the operator
/owner.
EXHIBIT K -Climate
The average annual precipitation is 10 to 13 inches. The average annual air
temperature is 46 to 50 degrees F. and the average frost -free period is 105
to 130 days.
P~ ad
