EXHIBIT G -WATER INFORMATION <br />The pit location is on a mesa top. 'The gravel is underlain by the Mancos <br />shale and no ground water is present. Surface drainage will be taken care of <br />by diversion ditches. <br />Water used for dust control or for washing would come from two springs <br />that are located on adjacent property owned by Diana Watson. There is also <br />a small pond that collects water from these springs. The general location of <br />these springs and the pond are indicated on Exhibit B, the index map and <br />Exhibit C and D, the pre-mining and mining maps. The water from these <br />springs has been adjudicated for industrial use. <br />P~ a8- <br />
