EXHIBIT C: Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />AERIAL Map provided with details of plan. <br />(a) Adjoining surface owners of record are noted on USGS Map in <br />Exhibit B <br />(b) Location of springs, pond, road, power poles and communication <br />tower are on USGS Map in Exhibit B and Aerial Map in this <br />exhibit. There are no buildings within 200 feet of all boundaries <br />of affected land area. <br />(c) See USGS Map in Exhibit B for the existing topography of the <br />area with contour lines. <br />(d) Area to be involved in the operation is on the Aerial Map. <br />(e) Vegetation in this area remains the same as on the original permit. <br />A copy of this is on file with the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology and the owner operator of the current operation. <br />(f) See Exhibit G for water information. Springs and small pond are <br />noted on the USGS Map in Exhibit B and on the aerial map in this <br />exhibit. <br />(g} One man made structure exists within 200 feet of the affected <br />land. This is not a permanent structure. It is a cell phone tower <br />owned by EXCOMM.LLC. See Aerial Map for location. <br />(h) The information for the soils remains the same as the original <br />application. Copies of this are on file with the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology and with the current operator. <br />Pg ~6 <br />
