PUBLIC NOTICE <br />McAtee Construction CO. has filed an amendment to and <br />application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. <br />The proposed mine is known as the Harley Pit #1 and is located in <br />parts of Section 29, Township 9 North, Range 52 West, 6th Princi- <br />pal Meridian, Logan County, Colorado. <br />The mining commencement in 1976 and the amendment will <br />extend the proposed date of completion to December 2020.
