You have <br />previously received the updated plan for Crystaljack. Now that the EAs are underway, <br />my understanding is we should be able to get an operations plan approved for a longer <br />term. I also understand that you will combine the two operations for the purposes of <br />conducting the EAs to help speed up and simplify the process. <br />I will continue to provide separate packages for Crytaljack and Glacier Peak because they <br />have separate mining permits wvering them. However, I will try to package everything <br />to send your way and also address any plans or changes as a single operation to help <br />simplify your work. <br />I have previously sem e-mail copies to Wendy. This package includes the signed original <br />plus the maps which I was not able to a-mail. I also sem Wendy co i of our State <br />reports. As you know, we were able to conduct a short operation on Crystaljack claims; <br />therefore, I have also enclosed a new draft copy of the State report reflecting the changes. <br />In early spring, I will send you letters of intent to operate and include the final state <br />reports. <br />I have enclosed a letter to Wendy as well which explains, the best I can at this time, our <br />plans for the upcoming season. <br />If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me. <br />Thanks sincerely, <br />~~y~~~ <br />JOSEPH L.
