15. 6.3.6 EXHIBIT F - LIST OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENCES <br />Effluent dischazge permit No discharge is being created. All natural runoff is <br />absorbed. All appropriate precautions taken for <br />erosion are adequate. No permit is required. <br />Air quality emissions permits Less than 2 tons of dust will be generated per season <br />by this operation. No permit is required. <br />Radioactive source materials None required. Any radioactive minerals <br />encountered aze chance or trace minerals normal to <br />granitic stocks. <br />Disposal of dredge and fill permit None required. No dredging or fill of dredged areas <br />is being conducted. <br />Dam construction permit None required. No dams will be constructed. <br />Well permit None required. No wells are being drilled or used. <br />Explosives permit None required. Explosives will not be used. <br />Colorado Historical Society No known sites are located within areas of operation. <br />Heritage surveys have been completed for Blue <br />Smoky, Smoky Hawk, Wolf Fang, and Elk Horn <br />claims. Smoky Dog surveys are currently being <br />conducted. <br />Highway access permit None required. Equipment uses normal <br />transportation routes. <br />U.S. Forest Service permit Current approved mining operations plan is attached <br />(27 May OS). An updated plan with amendments was <br />submitted 7 November 2005. Operations as <br />described under the 27 May plan will be approved for <br />2006 while final environmental assessments are <br />completed. <br />County caning and land use permit None is required. Land is national forest and open to <br />mineral location. <br />County special use permit Approved 28 Aug 2003 for all claims but Smoky <br />Dog. An amendment will be filed for Smoky Dog <br />claim. <br />City zoning and land use permit None is required. Outside city limits and city zoning. <br />
