Steamboat Springs, Colorado. <br />(970)879-6072, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction l~laterial Operation Reclamation <br />Permit Amendment with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Nlatenals. The proposed mine is known as' the <br />Hogue River Pit, and is located at or near Section 9, Township 6 t\'onh, Ranoe 8~ W'est, 6th Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is 1992, and the proposed date of completion is October, 2012. The <br />Proposed future use of the land is aquaculture. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date maybe obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303)866-3567, or at the Routt <br />County Clerk and Recorder's Office; P.O. Box 773598, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477, or the above <br />named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available a[ the above-named County Clerk and <br />Recorder's office and atthe Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on November 2~, 2002. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-I01 et. sea. Comments related to noise, truck <br />traffic, hours of aper'ation, visual impacts, effects a: property values attd other social or economic <br />concepts are Issues not subject to this Office's jurisdiction.
