So that you have sufficient time to prepare the <br />technical adequacy materials and resolve any outstanding issues with the county, I will <br />approve an extension of 60 days. The existing decision date is October 17, 2007, and the <br />new decision date will be set to December 17, 2007. <br />You should note that if the conversion application is not adequate for approval on the <br />new decision date, it may be denied. If further time is needed, another extension request <br />should be filed. <br />Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about any of the required submittals <br />or if there is progress to report concerning the county permit.
