Everist, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 7321 E. 88th <br />Ave. Ste. 200, Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 286-2247, submitted a request for partial reclamation responsibility <br />release for the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-1999-120. The construction materials extraction <br />operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 2N, Range 66W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
