The first is an additional <br /> amount of$39,637.00 required by DMG per Steve S. Shuey for our original permit area, <br /> plus the AM-01 and AM-02 areas. The second is a $100.00 minimum bond required by <br /> DMG for the BLM South Lot, BLM guarantees reclamation of that lot. <br /> C & J Gravel provides that in the event the Bureau of Land Management reduces the <br /> Financial Warranty on their"South Lot', C and J Gravel will post an acceptable <br /> replacement Warranty with the state prior to any release by the Bureau of Land <br /> Management.
