Utility and gas company letters are in the process of being signed and
notarized, These will be sent to you shortly.
2, We do not anticipate any topsoil that will require stockpiling from the lake
grading or slurry wall. In the event that stockpile material occurs, it will be
placed within the permit boundary. The topsoil pile that is identified on the
Lake Reclamation Plan is associated with the development grading.
3. Tha existing asphalt within the permit area will be legally disposed of offsite.
4, The corners of the permit area will be staked. If the corner is within the river,
we will place the stake on the north edge.
5. Per the attached letter from Don Frick of The Applegate Group, there are no
wells within 600 feet of the current exposed surface area of this site. Given
that information, Joanna Williams of the State Engineer's office has indicated
that a well permit for this site will be issued on Monday, June 19, 2006.
G:~3B7113871-DMG Pmmi[1DMG AtlerJUacy Rvw Reeponse13B11 lei Gonlma.tloc
