Since you initialed option A on the Application for <br />Succession of Operator, the Division requires the submittal of a replacement bond, in this case a $100 bond. <br />The Division requires submittal of this bond before the Permittee change can be completed. <br />The Division is also returning the original of the death certificate for John Buckner.
