Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Table Mountain Quarry, Amendment Approval, Permit No. M-1999-004, Revision No. AM-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Fuller: <br />On May 5, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on February 5, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Amendment #1: Expand the permit area by 72.6 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999- <br />004. <br />The conditions of the Division approval aze noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. M- <br />1999-004 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. Description <br />The high wall length cannot exceed 20001ineaz feet at any given time. <br />The estimated liability amount of $202,793.00 for the Table Mountain Quarry, when added to the existing liability <br />amount of $36,742.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit <br />additional bond in the amount of $116,051.00.
