Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on September 5, 2006, Mining and Minerals, Ltd., whose address and telephone number are <br />8115 Preston Rd, Ste 680, Dallas, TX 75225; (214) 691-2032, submitted a request for full reclamation responsibility <br />release for the Joker Mine, Permit No. M-1983-052. The hard rock/metal mining operation is located at or near <br />Section 9, Township 9N, Range 92W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Moffat County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
