Cattany <br />Atting Division Director <br />On January 29, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Amendment Application package for the Gypsum Ranch Pi[, Permit No. M-1998-014. Preliminary review of the <br />information received determined that the following items must be addressed and received before the Division can consider <br />your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPt.iI:ATTf1N FORM - Pale t -item 2~ The application form and throughout the exhibits the site name has <br />been changed to Gypsum Ranch Gravel Pit. The Succession of Operators application and the Performance <br />Warranty, submitted on July 12, 2002, show the site name as Gypsum Ranch Pit. All of these documents are <br />legal documents and must be consistent If Lafazge West, Inc. is changing the site name [o Gypsum Ranch <br />Gravel Pit with this amendment then a bond rider, and a new Performance Warranty must be submitted to be <br />consistent with the amendment. If Lafarge West, Inc. does not wish to change the site name to C~psum Ranch <br />Gravel Pit piease submit a signed notarized letter stating that the site name will remain Gypsum Ranch Pit. <br />F.XRiBTT N _ Snn a of t.egal Rinht to Fntrr (Rule 6.4-ldle please submit a copy of the Lease Agreement <br />between Schmidt Ranch Partnership, LLP, (fir plum Ranch Co., LLC, and Western Mobile, Inc. <br />Your application will not be considered submitted until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to <br />begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. <br />Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the <br />application submitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting within ten (10) <br />days of the date your application is considered submitted. We will notify you when you should initiate republication of <br />your notice. The Snal date for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business <br />~y~ - -- - ---- ---- <br />This letter shalt not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
