Gnany <br />Divi:ion Director <br />NaNral Resource Trustee <br />Increase the affected acreage from 150 scree to 300 acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 5 approved by the <br />Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1981- <br />307. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M- <br />1981-307 remains in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $702,320.00 exceeds the <br />$278,077.00 performance bond currently held. If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional warranty in <br />the amount of $424,243.00.
