Sox 1150, Silverthorne, CO <br />80498, and whose phone number is 970-468-2521, has filed an application to <br />convert an existing Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation <br />Permit to a Regular {112) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act far the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine <br />is known as the Everist Materials, Mascot Placer Operation, and is located at or <br />near Section 24, Township 6 South, Range 77 West, 6th Principal Meridian. <br />The 110 operation has been ongoing since 1998. However, the proposed date of <br />cornmencement of this regular operation is June 2004, and the proposed date of <br />completion is t7etober 2015. The proposed future use of the land IS Wildlife <br />Habitat.
