The property under consideration for removal has recently <br />received approval through the DMG as part of Lafazge West, Inc,'s Permit Amendment <br />entitled, Riverbend Operation, 112c Permit Amendmfnt Ol, Permit No. M-2000-016. I1 <br />should be noted that the DMG does not require mine operators to mine azeas that they <br />have received a reclamation permit to mine and reclaim. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review this item.
