BOx 1769 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 <br />Re: Whitewater Pit 500, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. IV1-1977 129, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Gazdner: <br />On October 25, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision applicafion submitted to.the <br />Division on September 24, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Borrow material from stage 4-B for railroad. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977- <br />129. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-129 remlin in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $74,705.00 for the Whitewater Pit 500, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$167,500.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $74,705.00.
