On October 25, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision applicafion submitted to.the
Division on September 24, 2004, addressing the following:
Borrow material from stage 4-B for railroad.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977-
129. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-129 remlin in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $74,705.00 for the Whitewater Pit 500, when added to the existing liability amount of
$167,500.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the
amount of $74,705.00. The revision will not be fmal unfil the bond is approved by the Division.
