Health Center's Shawano Valley Popular Road property. Currently there are no plans for any operations other <br />S: than on the mesa top, however there may be a future need for an alternate access route just west of the <br />=i:. ~_~ Midwest Colorado Mental Health Center's Shawano Valley Popular Road property. <br />•NZN• <br />Colorado mining law requires the applicant, per CRS 34-32.5 - IIS (4) (e) to agree to compensate Midwest <br />Colorado Mental Health Center for any damage to significant man-made structures within 200 feet of <br />~~~t~ operations activity in the unlikely event that operations at the site incur any damage to those structwes. <br />~~ =ii Eligible structures at the Popular Road property may be buildings, fences, driveway, or powerlines. <br />iZS ii• <br />:~i•.•i!0 Yow acknowledging signature in the space provided below will serve as the required verification that County <br />•N••• of Montrose has hereby pledged to compensate MIDWEST COLORADO MENTAL HEALTH CENTER for any <br />damages to property at the Popular Road property resulting from their operations at the "Shawano Gravel" <br />extraction & processing operation. <br />••N::•• <br />.~Z Please endorse and date the yellow cony of this letter in the space provided below and return it in the <br />~_;~_;• provided stamped envelope.
