~T x BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of

oiU THAT WHEREAS, James C. Vendetti, (hereafter "Applicant") has
o ~ made application for issuance of a Conditional use Permit
pursuant to Section 600 B of the current zoning resolution of
4 q Fremont County to operate a limited impact open pit sand and
N W gravel mine which application has been designated as CUP 91-12
o ~ Vendetti; and

Q WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
~ hearing concerning said application on February 25, 1992 at which
~ time comments and evidence were considered, including all
materials contained as part of the application and which were iii
the county's file concerning the application; and

~~ .WHEREAS, it appears that issuance of a Conditional Use
~'~ Permit is appropriate;

E, 47 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
x o Commissioners of Fremont County that:

w x 1. The Board of County Commissioners of Fremont County make
~:,a~ the following findings with respect to the application for
issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Applicant as 'follows:
a. The procedure requirements Section 600 B of the
current Fremont County zoning resolution have been
met.
b. The location of the proposed use is compatible with
other land uses in the area and does not place an undue
burden on existing transportation, utilities, and
service facilities in the vicinity, except as otherwise
noted in these findings:
