We wish to combine permit #M-92-016 and Permit #M-1991-144 the G&V ['raval p;t As well we will be adding an additional 2220 acres to the south and east of our existing permits. We feel that this would be easier to manage under 1 permit. Maus and Exhibits: Five (5) complete, unbound application packages must be submitted.
