It was
received Mazch 17.
As soon as we received your letter, we initiated the proceedings necessary to publish the notice in
a newspaper of general circulation. Because the newspaper publishes once a week and the
publication day is, Wednesday, the first publication was not scheduled to occur until March 24.
We mailed the requested notices on March 24. We may need to work with you to extend some of
the deadlines because of the late start on publication. I will let you know.
As an aside, your letter states that the Amendment application was received Mazch 1, 2004. I am
concerned with the statement because the Amendment was, in fact, delivered to DMG by John
Hamilton and Jim Weldon February 24, 2004.
Sincerely,
Michael L.
