Stevens
June 25, 1992
number of relatively deep condemnation
holes drilled well into or through the
Santa Fe Formation in this area were
geophysically logged.
The operator should commit to run the same
suite of geophysical logs on the proposed
new monitoring wells that were run for the
condemnation wells in the area.
BMR Response
BMR will run the same suite of geophysical logs on the
proposed monitoring wells identified in the groundwater
monitoring plan modification that were run for the condemnation
wells in the area if the boreholes are drilled with mud. If an
air rotary rig is used, different geophysical logs will have to
be utilized, e.g., neutron and/or gamma-gamma.
We look forward to resolving any outstanding issues and
obtaining final approval of Technical Revision No. 008 as soon
as possible.
sincerely,
`~ L-- ~
Andre J.
