Mulloy <br />StaFF Assistant <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />215 Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203-2273 <br />Dear Ms. Mulloy: <br />Tn line with your letter dated November 8, 1969 concerning <br />bonding Eor our limestone quarry, and our telephone conversations <br />on the sub,}ect, I am enclosing the copy of the Financial Warranty <br />that has been signed and notarized as you requested. <br />My records indicate that we have currently identiFied estimated <br />reclamation costs For the Coal Basin operation of $2,616,066.00, <br />and 56,213.00 For the limestone quarry For which we have pledged <br />53,000,000.00 as bond. I am updating our Coal Basin mining <br />permit application to reflect these up-dated figures and will <br />mail copies to MLRD soon along with other changes required by the <br />approval ^F several MRs and TRs to that permit application over <br />the past Few months. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in solving this increased bonding <br />requirement on the limestone quarry. <br />Sin rely, <br />Geo ge E.
