I am updating our Coal Basin mining <br />permit application to reflect these up-dated figures and will <br />mail copies to MLRD soon along with other changes required by the <br />approval ^F several MRs and TRs to that permit application over <br />the past Few months. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in solving this increased bonding <br />requirement on the limestone quarry. <br />Sin rely, <br />Geo ge E.
