As stated
this property has no irrigation water!! Your main points of compliance were:
top soil replacement, proper seeding and fertilizer, and irrigation water.
After deliberate and full analysis and required measurements 1 have concluded
the following:
1) The previous owners (Wendel Johnson) of the irrigation ditch that borders
the ravel pit discontinued the use of this ditch and relocated the "head
gate' thus no more water.
2) Approximately two acres on the West side of the gravel pit that is
mined-out can be reclaimed for uses such as horse corrals, storage of
farm equipment or for anything else that does not require Irrigation
water.
3) The remaining acres that will be mined fall under the conditions and
reclamation as stated In points 1 and 2.
4) As required, this notarized letter signed by me is provided agreeing to
points 1,2, and 3. The necessary payment of $188. and a complete outline
of the technical revision description is attached to this document. I am
hereby requesting a change In the reclamation procedure to include
only storage and animal pens.
Si~y~%~~
ack L.
