4. Reclamation Timetable <br />Before mining in the final area (South Pit Area 5) is complete, the entirety of the North Pit, and <br />South Pit Slopes from Areas 1, 2 ,3 and 4 will be reclaimed. The northern portion of the Staging <br />Area will be reclaimed earlier in the pit life. Also both valley fills and the storm water channels <br />will be inplace. The remaining azea to be reclaimed at the end of the mine life will be 47.98 acres <br />of flat irrigated pasture and 1.04 acres of dry rangeland slope. The ditches will remain for the <br />landowners use either to reduce erosion along the slopes or to provide irrigation water.
