Executive Director <br />Fort Collins, CO 80524 Ronald w. cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Killion Supply, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1985-184, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Ms. Killion: <br />Cm December 1, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision applicafion <br />submitted to the Division on May 12, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Revision to store concrete, asphalt, topsoil and fill dirt that is then crushed and/or recycled into a <br />reusable product. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1985-184. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1985-184 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division updated the reclamation cost estimate to address reclamation of the material stored on site. The <br />Division estimates the cost to reclaim the Killion Site at $40,000.00. Attached is a copy of the Division's <br />reclamation cost estimate. The Division currently holds a bond in the amount of $14,500.00. Please submit <br />additional bond in the amount of $25,500.00 by no later than Febmazy 1, 2004.
