PARTI <br />A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br />1. Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through May 31, 2006, the permittee is <br />authorized to discharge from outfall 004A, the outfall from the fourth treatment pond to Cement Creek. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Conunission Regulations for Effluent Limitations and Colorado <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61„ the permitted dischazge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified <br />flaw limitation. <br />pH, s.u. MONITORING REQUIItEMENTS <br />1. Frequency and Sample Type <br />in order to obiam an indication of the probable cumpliance or noncompliance wi4t dtc eri7uent limi~ations specified <br />in Part I.A.1, the permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following frequencies. Such monitoring will <br />begin immediately and last for the life of the permit unless otherwise noted. The results of such monitoring shall be <br />reported on the Discharge Monitoring Report form (See Part I.E.). <br />pH, s.u.
