PUBLIC NOTICE COMMENTS
Comments were received from the Environmental Protection Agerscy concerning the following: "Since these are "major"
facilities, the permits should require reporting of compliance monitoring results to EPA on a DMR farm as well as the
reporting to the State already, in the permit. "
The Division considered the changes requested and concluded that this permit already states that a copy of the DMR be sent
the EPA in Part LE.1. of the permit. This was later verified with the EPA.
Christopher L. Gates
May 9, 2001
