(see Figure E-1 (attached).)" <br />We would like to revise this to state: "The method selected for sealing the ventilation <br />shafts will entail sealing the shaft with a polyurethane foam (PETE) plug, then covering the <br />remaining depression with topsoil and revegetating the affected land." The PUF plug consists of <br />installing a bottom form, and installing PUF to manufacturers specifications. Materials will be <br />stored and mixed per the manufacturers specifications.
