(BMRI) - San Luis <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112, TR-08 <br />Request for Approval of well Location <br />Dear Mr. Oehler: <br />On October 23, the replacement well for M-13 was drilled at <br />the approved coordinates as outlined in the October ];8, 1993 <br />and October 21, 1993 letters to the Division. The <br />replacement well was drilled to a total depth of 180'. Two <br />zones of potential saturation (each zone less than 2' in <br />thickness) were intersected. The aquifer recovery rdte was <br />tested and found to be less than 0.4 gpm which is <br />insufficient for purging and sampling efforts. <br />BMRI is proposing to relocate the replacement well far M-13 <br />to approximately 30' northeast of the existing M-13 location <br />at the following coordinates: <br />N 205,983.59 <br />E 2,036,748.99 <br />The drilling and construction of M-14 is expected to be <br />completed the evening of October 24.
