Box. 700, Henderson, Colorado (303) 289-1837, has filed an <br />application to amend their existing Regulaz (1I2) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation <br />Permit (Permit No. M-77-52~ with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br />'Ihe proposed amendmeat will add 50.3 to the Worthing Pit and is known as the Worthing Pit <br />Expansion Area, located at or near Section 26, Township 1S, Range 67W, 6ei Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed commencement date is summer 2005, and the proposed date of completion is after <br />the year 2013.
