Kagan & Son, LLC is now the permitted operator of the <br />Nordyke Pit No 2, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1994-114, as well as those specified in the Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Midcentury Insurance Corporate Swety $26,460.00 <br />These have been released as of August 24, 2006 Division approval for the succession of operators.
