Division DireROr <br />Ft Morgan, CG 80701 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Receipt of 110(c) to 112(c) Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Conversion Application, Builders <br />Aggregate Pit, Permit No. M-1981-112, Revision No. CN-2 <br />Dear Mr. Miner: <br />On August 23, 2006, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 to 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Conversion application for the Builders Aggregate Pit, which is located in Morgan County. All comment and <br />review periods began on August 23, 2006. The decision date for your application is scheduled for November 21, 2006. <br />Within ten (10) days aRer submittal, you must publish nofice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the <br />proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first publication, mail a <br />copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all <br />owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected ]and. Proof of notice and mailings, such <br />as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the <br />decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in ollr office must also be reflected in the <br />public review copy which has been placed with the Morgan County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
