This area has been <br />reclaimed in accordance with the current reclamation plan. All mining faces in this area have been <br />backfilled and sloped 3H:1 V. Topsoiling and revegetation of these slopes and the pit floor was <br />completed in ] 995 and the revegetated areas have been well established. <br />Best-Way Paving Co., believing that the applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements for the <br />area requested for release have been satisfied in accordance with Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations and with all applicable requirements under the Act, hereby respectfully requests release from <br />reclamation responsibility for such area. Best-Way Paving Co. further states that it is the owner of record <br />of the affected land, with a current address of P. O.
