Moore property (adjoins our southerly boundary <br />with building structures will not be subject to damage as a <br />result of our operations. The high wall of the cut-bank of our <br />pit is displaced 100 feet from the property boundary. This pit <br />area will be back-filled and graded to a 2 to 1 slope during the <br />months of May-June 1998. <br />The masonry storage/shop building of the Duane D. Zabka, Inc. <br />property is within 200 feet of our property/affected land <br />boundary. <br />Our entry road is located along this boundary and will <br />remain as located No cut banks or destablizing activities will <br />occur near this structure . <br />
